About the job

Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Taking notes and minutes in meetings
Being a point of contact for a range of team members and external stakeholders
Preparing documents for meetings i.e. agenda,
Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the brand
Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of the brand
Finding ways to improve administrative processes


  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience

  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

  • Detailed Oriented

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
