Creative - First of all, a graphic designer must be creative to come up with new ideas and innovative designs. An essential part of design is having a strong visual eye for good design.
Organized - Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and keep design elements consistent.
Detail and Deadline Oriented - Ability to produce projects to tight deadlines without errors or inconsistencies.
